What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across various business units
- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Deliver on strategic hiring goals and improve recruitment outcomes
- Develop sourcing strategies, talent pools, and supplier networks
- Provide market insight and resourcing advice to support hiring decisions
- Deliver MI reports, revenue forecasts and track SLAs
- Represent Optamor with professionalism, integrity, and innovation
What You Bring
- Agency, In-house or RPO recruitment experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume vacancies
- Expertise in sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks)
- Knowledge of contingent workforce regulations (e.g. AWR, IR35)
- Commercial mindset with a focus on service and delivery
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
