What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across various business units
  • Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Deliver on strategic hiring goals and improve recruitment outcomes
  • Develop sourcing strategies, talent pools, and supplier networks
  • Provide market insight and resourcing advice to support hiring decisions
  • Deliver MI reports, revenue forecasts and track SLAs
  • Represent Optamor with professionalism, integrity, and innovation

What You Bring

  • Agency, In-house or RPO recruitment experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume vacancies
  • Expertise in sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks)
  • Knowledge of contingent workforce regulations (e.g. AWR, IR35)
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on service and delivery
  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
