About the Teaching Assistant Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- As a Teaching Assistant you wil work collaboratively with teachers to deliver personalised learning
- As a Teaching Assistant you will support pupils' educational, social, and emotional development
- As a Teaching Assistant you will assist with medical needs and personal care
- As a Teaching Assistant you will promote independence and communication using specialist strategies
- As a Teaching Assistant you will create a safe, stimulating, and respectful learning environment
What We're Looking For in a Teaching Assistant
- Flexible, energetic, and resilient approach
- Commitment to supporting pupils with high levels of need
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow individual learning plans
- Experience in SEN settings is desirable but not essential
