Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:

Work one-to-one and in small groups to support pupils with a range of special educational needs.
Help prepare engaging resources and learning spaces as a proactive Teaching Assistant.
Assist with personal care and therapy programmes, guided by professionals.
Encourage play, social interaction, and independence during break and lunch times.
Use ICT to support learning and manage classroom tasks.
Be a flexible and reliable Teaching Assistant who's ready to adapt to the needs of the day.

What We're Looking For in a Teaching Assistant:

Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or SEN setting.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach - essential qualities for any Teaching Assistant.
Strong communication skills and a good standard of written and spoken English.
Confidence using ICT and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
A team player who's happy to support wherever needed as a committed Teaching Assistant.
