Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Resource Analyst to work for an awesome company based in Portsmouth.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 1or 2 days a week attending the office.
Duties include:
- Update resource plan - based on PSA data and inputs from Practice management, Project Managers, Resourcing & Recruitment and HR
- Input and update resource demand in PSA (Changepoint) for forecasted opportunities based on data within CRM (Salesforce)
- Generate and present updated resource plan for practice resourcing reviews on a regular basis
- Make recommendations to optimise resource utilisation and improve resourcing process
- Provide updated resource plan for Finance on a fortnightly basis, working to defined timelines
Personal requirements:
o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including ability to review, analyse and manipulate data to produce quality management reports
o Excellent IT skills. Advanced MS Office user - Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
o Experience of resource planning is essential
o Experience of Stakeholder Management
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
