Payroll Manager Full Time and Part Time consideredDynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Full or Part time Payroll Manager minimum 20 hours, to join an SME business based on the outskirts of Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.Payroll Manager role:
  • Weekly and monthly payroll duties from start to finish
  • Calculation of holiday, SMP, SPP and SSP
  • Processing statutory deductions
  • Liaising with HMRC including real time submission
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Pension administration
  • Stay updated with payroll legislation and industry changes through independent research.
Payroll Manager candidate skills and experience:
  • Previous payroll administration experience
  • End-to-end payroll processing experience, including pensions, benefits, and statutory payments.
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritise, and multitask with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer-focused approach, handling queries by telephone and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation, processing, and auto enrolment regulations.
