CMA HR Recruitment has partnered with a friendly, professional services organisation for the recruitment of a HR Advisor to cover sick leave. Based in a small, friendly team you will be a key part in supporting the day to day running of the HR department.
What will the HR Advisor role involve?

Issuing letters and contracts of employment to new starters.

Dealing with general HR queries, maintaining employee confidentiality at all times.
- Supporting the leadership team with staff absence management and ensure all data us captured accurately on the HR system.
- Dealing with HR queries such as maternity leave and flexible working.
Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

Possess strong, varied HR experience gained at HR Advisor level.
- CIPD level 3 qualification is desirable although not essential.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
- Available at short notice.
