We are pleased to be working with a well known national brand in Cosham, based at the lovely Lakeside offices. This is an ideal role for a candidate who is experienced in customer services via the phone, webchat and emails, managing client’s needs and being able to upsell additional services (This is not a targeted sales based role)

Working in a contact centre environment the duties include…

  • Responding to customer queries in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Understand a customer need and the best solution, dealing with any enquiries and keeping the customer updated int e process of their order.
  • Update the internal CRM systems and process sales data on Excel in an accurate and efficient manner,
  • Processing payments when required.
  • Manage customer complaints in a professional manner and help to find a resolution that best for both parties
  • Use opportunities to upsell services to customers additional to their general enquiry and advise promotions
  • Monitor the inboxes, web enquiries and respond appropriately.
  • Provide an accurate quote to the customer and call at a later date to follow up if required.

Experience and Skills required

  • Previous telephone based customer service experience
  • Confident with the use of MS office including Excel and learning inhouse systems
  • Have an excellent attention to details
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Driven to want to progress in a business and show commitment to the team
  • Capable of upselling and discussing promotions to maximise on all orders

Working Hours

Office is open 8am -6pm Monday to Friday.

You will work 8 hour shifts between these hours on a rota
