Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Take ownership of small to medium sized projects from initial brief to completion
  • Prepare and present detailed concepts, mood boards, space plans & 3D Visualisations.
  • Run design workshops with clients, communicating design ideas and decisions.
  • Produce custom furniture, joinery drawings, lighting & technical elevations.
  • Source & specify finishes, furniture & fittings.
  • Value engineer design solutions maintaining design intent and quality.
  • Liaise with Building Control to ensure drawings are compliant.  

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant work experience as an Interior Designer in a commercial setting. 
  • Interior Design Degree (or equivalent) / or related subject. 
  • Experience producing construction drawings. 
  • Highly proficient using AutoCAD & SketchUp.
  • Previous site survey experience.
  • Excellent communication with a high degree of detail.
  • Outstanding organisation skills, used to working direct with clients.
  • Driving licence, own transport.

Ideally:  Experience of working with Revit software
