Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Take ownership of small to medium sized projects from initial brief to completion
- Prepare and present detailed concepts, mood boards, space plans & 3D Visualisations.
- Run design workshops with clients, communicating design ideas and decisions.
- Produce custom furniture, joinery drawings, lighting & technical elevations.
- Source & specify finishes, furniture & fittings.
- Value engineer design solutions maintaining design intent and quality.
- Liaise with Building Control to ensure drawings are compliant.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant work experience as an Interior Designer in a commercial setting.
- Interior Design Degree (or equivalent) / or related subject.
- Experience producing construction drawings.
- Highly proficient using AutoCAD & SketchUp.
- Previous site survey experience.
- Excellent communication with a high degree of detail.
- Outstanding organisation skills, used to working direct with clients.
- Driving licence, own transport.
Ideally: Experience of working with Revit software
