We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse, logistics and distribution operations across the UK and Ireland. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory control, on-time order fulfilment and compliance with health and safety regulations - all while maintaining the high standards that define this marking leading manufacturer.
You’ll be joining a dynamic team where your leadership will make a direct impact on the success of operations. Salary is to £45500 depending on your experience and working days are Monday to Friday 9-5pm. benefits include, BUPA Health Cover
As the Warehouse Manager, you’ll take charge of the daily operations of a busy warehouse environment, optimising space, systems and workflows. You'll also lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated and working in alignment with operational goals.This Warehouse Manager role is critical to maintaining the company's reputation for exceptional service and delivery. You’ll be responsible for stock accuracy, safe and efficient goods handling and aligning logistics performance with business targets and budgets. Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory control using ERP systems.

Create and manage delivery notes and shipping documents.

Dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.

Maximise warehouse space and maintain optimal layout.

Monitor and manage stock movement and shelf life.

Uphold warehouse safety and security standards.

Recruit, onboard, train and manage warehouse staff.

Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development.

Coordinate repairs and maintenance of warehouse equipment.

Maintain alignment with delivery KPIs and budget targets.

Collaborate cross-functionally to meet business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in warehouse/distribution management, ideally in manufacturing.

Strong leadership skills and team management experience.

Proficiency with warehouse ERP systems.

Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.

Knowledge of health and safety legislation in warehouse operations.

Ability to plan, make decisions under pressure, and drive continuous improvement.
