Our superb client, a growing industry leader in their sector, are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join them on a permanent basis, working full-time at their stunning offices outside Cosham.

As a Operations Executive, you will be a key point of contact for customers and business partners; handling enquiries, processing administrative and system access requests, and providing support to the Customer Claims team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process customer information efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, and office support, to ensure the smooth operation of the customer service department.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach and a positive attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary with be circa 26k - with room to grow this with development.
