Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals regain independence after illness or injury, for its client based in Portsmouth City. The Community Rehabilitation Service-a partnership between Portsmouth City Council and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare-is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their integrated team on a temporary basis.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Support individuals post-hospital stay, fall, or health crisis
  • Complete assessments and set personalised goals
  • Develop tailored reablement plans
  • Educate and guide patients, families, and practitioners
  • Promote independence using assistive technologies and equipment
  • Work with complex cases and manage your own caseload

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience in a Reablement service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in an office-based setting.
