Position: Office Manager

Location: Portsmouth (Initial travel required)

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff.
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Entering data into accounting system (Xero) and assisting with payroll.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records management.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages.
  • Experience with accounting software Xero.
