Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Providing efficient and professional service to customers, depots and drivers
- Answering and dealing with telephone calls
- Dealing with and responding to emails
- Booking jobs onto bespoke computer systems
- Adhere to both company and statutory legislation
- Book and coordinate deliveries and collection, both via the routing system and directly with drivers
The ideal candidate will have/be:

- Own method of transport
The role of Transport Administrator is on a temp-to-perm basis, meaning the company will offer a permanent contract after a 12-week qualifying period, depending on performance and attendance.
The working hours are 10:00 - 18:30, Monday - Friday. However, flexibility will be required, as you may be required to work 06:00 - 14:30 or 08:00 - 16:30, depending on holiday and absences. You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays to check in on deliveries. This only takes a few hours and can be done from home.
The starting pay rate is £14.26 per hour.
