What will the Payroll Specialist role involve?
- Process monthly payrolls for UK and EU countries
- Collaborate with key departments to ensure accurate payroll inputs and resolve queries
- Maintain payroll records, support audits, and stay up-to-date with local legislation
- Provide payroll reporting and analytics to inform strategic business decisions
Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Specialist vacancy:
- Proven experience in multi-country payroll processing
- Strong understanding of local payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Proficient in payroll systems and Excel
- Workday or ADP experience would be advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
