Our client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team.
This is an on-going temporary position on a long-term basis, with the potential opportunity to apply for permanent roles.

Duties:

  • Supporting the onboarding of new users, including arranging user IDs, laptops, and access requirements
  • Setting up meetings, booking rooms, and sending invites
  • Coordinating the production of meeting packs by chasing updates from colleagues
  • Preparing documentation and maintaining records
  • Supporting the project team through day-to-day administration

The successful candidate:

  • Organised and proactive
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for calls and liaising with new starters and project members
  • Strong attention to detail
