Artisan Recruitis seeking an experiencedProject Managerto oversee a major residential conversion project for a well-established building contractor operating along the South Coast.
Project Overview:

Type: Office-to-residential conversion

Scope: 190 residential units including a new 3-storey extension

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the project from inception to handover

Oversee construction of new 3-storey extension and internal conversion works
-
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and local authorities
-
Manage site teams, health & safety, and daily site operations
-
Ensure compliance with Building Safety Act and all relevant high-risk building legislation

Prepare and manageGateway submissions(1, 2, and 3) under theBuilding Safety Regulator (BSR)
-
Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and schedules
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Project Manager onresidential conversion or high-rise projects

Strong knowledge of Gateway Submissionsand compliance with theBuilding Safety Act

Familiarity withhigh-risk building regulationsand working with theBuilding Safety Regulator
-
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
-
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Platinum), and First Aid preferred
