Our client is a very successful, respected Tier 2 contractor operating across the South Coast areas. As they continue their growth, they are searching for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in either Main Contracting, Civils or Fit-Out sectors. The company offer competitive salaries, along with the opportunity to grow with the business. Typically they work on large commercial projects, including heritage, hospitals, schools and MOD.

Requirements

3+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
Relevant qualifications in relation to Quanitity Surveying (preferrably a degree).
Commercial management of projects.
Monthly valuation preparation.
Cost control of projects.
Procurement & placement of bespoke material costs.
Relationship building with subcontractors, design team, and suppliers .
