Get Staff is a boutique Recruitment Consultancy who currently have over 45 years of hands on recruitment experience. We are now looking for aGRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTto join our already successful team.

We operate from modern offices in the Portsmouth area & offer a mature environment for a graduate consultant to commence their career in this exciting & rewarding industry. This would be a full 360 recruitment role & would suit a talented, hardworking, target driven graduate who is resilient and tenacious with a passion for new challenges.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Understanding your market to become an expert in that area.

- Sourcing candidates and understanding their needs whilst matching them to a suitable role.

- Arranging interviews & managing the candidates through the entire process.

- Managing your clients recruitment needs from inception to completion.

- Updating your database with your activities.
