The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support a key client within our IT division. This role is central to the coordination of recruitment activities, contractor lifecycle management, and administrative support, working closely with the Client Relationship Manager and the wider team.

You'll ensure a high level of service is maintained by managing day-to-day recruitment processes and building strong relationships with stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment administration or coordination who is ready to take ownership of a client-facing role with visible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for the client's candidates, including IT access, laptop requests, and communication with relevant departments

  • Administer client documentation and systems, supporting with timesheets, invoices, and tracker spreadsheets

  • Manage purchase order (PO) processes for new starters, extensions, and changes, ensuring accuracy and timely updates

  • Attend the client's London office once per month for on-site coordination

Person Specification:

  • Experience in recruitment administration, resourcing, or coordination (agency or in-house)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to deliver right-first-time work

  • Competency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and confidence using internal systems
