Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory, with experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
- A relevant Degree in History or a closely related humanities discipline from a reputable university.
- Proven experience teaching History at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 (GCSE), and Key Stage 5 (A-Level), with a track record of achieving excellent student outcomes.
- Outstanding classroom management skills and the ability to cultivate a positive, disciplined, and productive learning environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues, and contributing positively to the wider school community.
- A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, adhering to all school policies and statutory requirements.
