Our client, a leading provider in the marine outfit sector, is currently seeking Marine Joiners to join their outfit team for projects throughout 2026. The projects will involve working on royal naval vessels.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all aspects of fit out work on Royal Naval vessels, including installation, finishing, and integration of shipboard systems and interiors.
  • Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times.
  • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to all relevant standards.
  • Operate efficiently under tight deadlines and extended working hours when required.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven dockyard or shipyard experience in marine joinery preferred, but joiners from a commercial fit out background will be considered.
  • Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a marine environment.
  • Must be a British National (essential for Security Clearance eligibility).
  • If a valid SC is already held, this can be transferred when projects begin.
