The Role
This SEN Teacher position is ideal for an experienced specialist or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into SEN. You'll create a nurturing, inclusive environment and design individualised learning plans that promote engagement, independence, and social skills.

Key Responsibilities for the SEN Teacher:

  • As a SEN Teacher you will plan and deliver personalised programmes tailored to student needs

  • As a SEN Teacher you will work closely with care plans to support development and success

  • As a SEN Teacher you will lead and collaborate with a dedicated classroom support team

  • As a SEN Teacher you will partner with therapists, psychologists, parents, and caregivers

  • As a SEN Teacher you will monitor progress and adapt strategies as an SEN Teacher in the classroom

What we're looking for in a SEN Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Strong knowledge of ASD and SLD

  • Experience in primary or early years is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
