What’s on offer?
- Locations: Portsmouth & Wimborne
- Salary: £28,000–£33,400 depending on experience & knife skill level
- Day shift (5:30am–3:30pm) or Night shift (6pm–4am) -Monday to Friday – Amendment to this shift pattern is possible.
- Consistent salary all year roundÂ
- Optional Sunday night overtime paid at £150 per shift

What you’ll be doing as Fish Filleter:
You will be hand-filleting fresh fish to order, working as part of a small, highly skilled team. Quality, precision and pride in your craft matter more than production-line speed.Â
We’re looking for a Fish Filleter with:
- Experience in hand filleting fish (any species)
- Reliability, professionalism and a team-focused mindset
- Comfortability working in a chilled environment
