Holt Recruitment is working with an electrical Company inPortsmouthwho is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join the team permanently on afull timebasis.
As the Admin Assistant, your duties included in this role are:
- Scanning of documents
- Provide Admin Support to the production Manager.
- Purchasing
- Sales Order Processing
- Answering telephone calls and filtering them to the correct personnel
- Chasing of outstanding purchase orders for both goods that are overdue and goods that are due soon, and updating the order accordingly
- General Filing
- Meeting and greeting of visitors
- Data Input
- Administrative support to office staff
- Adhere to Policies and procedures
- To conduct yourself in a professional way during your working day to colleagues and superiors
- Any other duties requested by other members of the company as required (to include deputising for colleagues in periods of absence)
- Experience within Purchasing and Sales Orders
- Previous manufacturing experience e is preffered
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good Time management
- Able to work in a team
