Salary: 38,000 - 41,000 + Overtime + Benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm ( hour lunch)

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestige, family-owned automotive dealer group with state-of-the-art facilities and a reputation for excellence. They are looking for a talented SMART Repair Technician to join their Portsmouth-area workshop team.

• Carry out accurate, high-quality preparation and repainting of vehicles

• Detect, diagnose, and report additional faults for repair

• Follow manufacturer and industry standards to ensure safety and compliance

• Use the latest paint mixing and drying equipment

• Record time, materials, and consumables accurately

• Maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace

• Safeguard customer vehicles and ensure exceptional workmanship

• Previous bodyshop / SMART repair experience

• Strong eye for detail and pride in your work

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Professional, team-focused, and organised

• IT literacy would be a bonus, but not essential
