Our client, a well-established insurance company, is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their insurance journey — from handling new business enquiries to managing renewals, amendments, and cancellations.

You’ll be responsible for building lasting client relationships, providing clear and compliant advice, and delivering exceptional customer service at every stage. This role also involves preparing renewal documentation, responding to pre- and post-sale enquiries, and meeting KPI targets related to add-on product sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle pre- and post-sale client enquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare and issue renewal invitations for existing clients.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, including new business, mid-term adjustments, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Consistently deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Achieve and exceed KPI targets, particularly relating to add-on product sales.

Candidate Requirements/duties

  • Support the team in achieving performance and sales targets.
  • Accurately assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable insurance cover.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and provide assistance where required.
  • Manage new business enquiries and convert leads into active policies.
  • Process mid-term adjustments, amendments, renewals, and cancellations with precision and efficiency.
  • Handle referrals and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver clear, compliant insurance advice while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
