Managing a team of 6 - you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales for this business and help them break the 9-figure turnover mark!Accounts will vary in size but expect to work with c. £8M size accounts - nationwide - providing highly sought after products to major wholesalers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and inspiring a sales team to hit and exceed KPIs
  • Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting team development
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with NPD, technical, and logistics teams
  • Driving commercial performance through smart negotiation and account growth
  • Analysing sales data and implementing improvements using CRM and reporting tools
  • Representing the customer in product development and sustainability discussions
