Call Taker/Customer Service Advisor
Location:
Hertfordshire
Permanent, Monday to Friday. 08:00-17:00 (office based)
Salary: Approx. £25,000

Your Role:
You will be responsible for taking calls from tenants and dealing with their enquiries. You will be resolving and escalating issues that arise, whether that be dealing with them yourself or referring them to relevant teams or departments. Examples of this could include broken down Appliances, leaks, no hot water. This is an exciting, fast paced role where no 2 days will be the same.


The ideal Candidate:
This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for Customer Service, has excellent communication skills and is robust, adaptable and committed to problem solving. Although all training is provided, the ideal candidate would have work in a Customer Service/Call Centre based role in the past and


Your Responsibilities:

  • Deal with tenant requests and complaints
  • Provide solutions and refer to different departments if required
  • Schedule appointments for the maintenance and liaison teams to attend to
