We seek a detail-oriented and proactive recruitment coordinator to join one of our dynamic account management teams in Potters Bar.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have a "can-do" attitude and will be crucial in supporting the team's HGV driver recruitment activities.

This will include

  • Writing and placing job adverts
  • Reviewing candidate applications
  • Interviewing and onboarding candidates
  • Assisting candidates with compliance and the candidate registration process
  • Accessing the candidate database to help fulfil vacancies as they come through
  • Dealing with clients and other departments, such as payroll and the operations team.

Key Requirements

  • Previous recruitment agency experience within the HGV or Transport sector is desirable.
  • Must be competent in using Microsoft Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Must have a good understanding of applicant tracking and shift management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
  • A solid understanding of human resources principles and practices.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn new things and succeed.
