We are seeking a dedicated educator who:
- Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and solid experience in Upper Key Stage 2.
- Brings energy, creativity, and a love of learning into the classroom.
- Holds high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
- Understands that behaviour is a form of communication and can implement strategies to support all learners effectively.
- Can deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of every pupil.
- Possesses strong literacy and numeracy skills, alongside excellent classroom and behaviour management.
???�? Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to help them reach their full potential.
- Differentiate learning and use scaffolding to support a range of abilities.
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to school life, including extracurricular activities and wider school initiatives.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
