We are seeking a dedicated educator who:

  • Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and solid experience in Upper Key Stage 2.

  • Understands that behaviour is a form of communication and can implement strategies to support all learners effectively.
  • Can deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of every pupil.
  • Possesses strong literacy and numeracy skills, alongside excellent classroom and behaviour management.

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to help them reach their full potential.
  • Differentiate learning and use scaffolding to support a range of abilities.
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to school life, including extracurricular activities and wider school initiatives.
