Vida Education are looking for a part-time Compliance Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of our operations.

Based at our Poulton-le-Fylde office, this varied role involves general administrative duties with a strong focus on assisting the team in maintaining and managing candidate compliance to meet all relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence

  • Assisting with candidate onboarding and ensuring all compliance documentation is up to date and accurate

  • Maintaining digital and physical records in line with internal procedures and industry regulations

  • Supporting the wider team to meet compliance deadlines and audit requirements

  • Liaising with candidates and colleagues to obtain required information and resolve queries

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or compliance-related role (preferred)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
