We are on the lookout for a Production Manager to manage all production operations at our Poundbury facility. This important position will involve leading teams, fostering continuous improvements, and ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency standards are always met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead teams to uphold safety, food safety, and quality standards.

  • Plan and enhance production processes to meet targets and reduce waste.

  • Oversee engineering upgrades to improve safety, quality, and reduce operational downtime.

  • Prioritise and manage engineering tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality maintenance.

  • Work closely with teams across the business to ensure resources and equipment are prepared and available.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), review data, and drive ongoing improvements.

  • Assist with Health & Safety initiatives, procurement processes, recruitment efforts, and equipment management.

Skills and Experience We're Looking For:

  • Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and improving team performance.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.

  • Organised and methodical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage complex tasks under pressure.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering improvement projects.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other company systems.

Desired Qualifications:
