New role available - Accounts Assistant - Part time
Office based on site parking.
Job Spec:
- Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Process various financial transactions
- Reporting on debtors, creditors resolving debtor queries effectively.
- Maintain financial records and ensure timely data entry into Sage 50.
- Reviewing accruals and pre-payments, posting journals and transactions.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and ad-hoc tasks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the finance function.
- Fortnightly payment runs, collecting and allocating payments and resolving queries.
- Various financial reporting on Sage software
- Assisting with month and year end process.
- Identifying and resolving invoice queries effectively, invoice approvals and posting with VAT.
- Stock ordering
- Issuing credit card payments and setting up of accounts.
Person Spec:
路 Sage exp would be an advantage
路 Experience working within a similar role
