Description
- Design, implement, and maintain validation processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet industrial standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues regarding validation processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure all validation activities comply with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation relating to validation activities.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on validation procedures.
- Continuously seek improvements in validation processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Validation Engineer should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of validation principles and industrial / manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
