Please apply now to be considered!The Role:As Quality Assurance Officer, you'll oversee quality assurance processes within manufacturing, ensuring full compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Control teams, you'll support quality investigations, CAPAs, and operational improvement initiatives while leading and developing a small team.Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and verify manufacturing compliance against quality standards.• Lead audits and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).• Support operational teams in resolving quality issues.• Maintain QA documentation, protocols, and quality reports.• Deliver staff training on quality standards and procedures.• Track and report on key quality metrics.• Assist with supplier quality checks and raw material inspections.• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and reduce waste.About You:• Proven experience in a QA role within a manufacturing environment.• Strong leadership and people management skills.• In-depth knowledge of QA processes (QC experience desirable but not essential).• Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or similar standards.• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.What's on Offer:An attractive salary of up to £35,000, along with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within a progressive, quality-driven business.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
