Contessa Hotels are looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join
the expanding kitchen brigade at our 5 Star / 3 AA Rosette, Hillbark Hotel &
Spa in Frankby, Merseyside.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated, hands-on Chef to
be a fundamental part of the kitchen operations and who wants to
demonstrate their expertise within the luxury hotel environment.

We only use the very best, fresh local ingredients and produce for our
fabulous 3 AA Rosette dining experience within our Dining Room & Cellar
Restaurants.
Experience in working at a 2/3 AA Rosette level is therefore advantageous.
With over 100 weddings and bespoke events across the year, a large part of
the role will also also involve banqueting for these occasions that the hotel is
renowned for.
The ideal candidate will have a desire to be part of something unique, have
real creativity and passion. Coaching and menu development along with the
team are also key to the role.
Reliability is key and you must possess a flexible and professional approach
to your work - having the ability to work efficiently and effectively under
pressure.
This is a full-time post, five over seven days per week for which you are
provided with a full-time contract.

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
