A well-established manufacturing organisation based in Prenton is looking for an experienced Customer Administrator on a permanent basis. You will be working within a team, completing all office duties and operations to support the Warehouse, ensuring the efficiency of the company whilst displaying excellent customer service standards. In return, you will receive a salary of £13.39 per hour, a monthly bonus scheme, free onsite parking and a company pension scheme. As Customer Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries to a high customer service standard.
  • Supporting warehouse operations by organising inventory and ensuring timely order fulfilment.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance workflow and improve overall customer satisfaction.
We’re looking for a Customer Administrator with:
  • Knowledge of office administration. SAP experience an advantage.
  • Good computer skills, including Word/Excel/Outlook.
