Permanent | Immediate Start | Varied HoursHays Education is working in partnership with a warm and welcoming nursery in Birkenhead to recruit a dedicated and nurturing Nursery Nurse. This is a permanent position with immediate start, offering varied hours and a primary focus in the toddler room.Your RoleAs a Nursery Nurse, you'll play a key role in supporting the development and well-being of children aged 1-3 years. Working alongside a passionate team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for toddlersSupporting children's learning through play and planned activitiesObserving and recording children's progress in line with EYFS guidelinesBuilding strong relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesPromoting positive behaviour and emotional developmentWhat You'll Need to Succeed
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
