We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Property Services team, focusing on maintaining electrical systems in residential properties.
The role involves carrying out electrical installations, upgrades, and conducting testing and inspections in compliance with health and safety standards.
Candidates must possess NVQ Level 3 and a Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations, along with qualifications in inspection and testing.
Proven experience in domestic electrical work is required, ideally within housing or property services.
The position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per year, and applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Working within the Planned Works team, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the safety, reliability, and efficiency of electrical systems across residential properties. Projects include kitchen refurbishments, bathroom installations, and property adaptations such as wet rooms.Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical installations and upgrades in line with current regulations.
Conduct initial and periodic testing and inspections.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with a skilled team to complete high-quality refurbishments.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 (C&G 2330, 2357 or equivalent).
Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations (18th Edition).
Qualifications in initial and periodic inspection and testing.
Proven experience in domestic electrical work, ideally within housing or property services.
