Are you confident, enthusiastic, and looking to gain classroom experience? We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the Wirral area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals considering a career in education, graduates, or those with previous school-based experience looking for flexible work.

• Deliver pre-set work to classes in the absence of the class teacher

• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task

• Support students with queries where possible

• Liaise with teaching staff and report back on student progress and conduct

• Experience working with young people (schools, sports coaching, youth work, etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage a classroom and ensure a positive learning environment

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Flexibility and reliability
