What will you be doing?• You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job adverts, interviewing coordination and onboarding, • Providing first line advice to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation, • Manage employee relation issues; disciplinaries & absence management, • Support health and safety compliance, • Maintain up to date HR policies. Where will you be doing it?• Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years, they specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service and spares. What you'll need:• Proven experience within a similar HR role, • Ideally within FM or an engineering environment, • CIPD Level 3 or above, • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS Systems.
