Are you a passionate and devoted teacher eager to make a long-lasting impact in young children’s future? We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate to join a friendly and supportive team at a school in the Wirral! You will be working with young children, creating engaging learning environment to help them thrive academically. 

What we are looking for: 

  • Someone who can follow the teacher’s lead, but also use their initiative when needed. 

  • Experience working with children in a school setting is helpful, but not essential.  

  • Someone who’s caring, calm and good at building positive relationships with children. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Confidence supporting groups or individual pupils under the teacher’s guidance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and engage with young children. 

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their full potential. 

  • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that offers positive relationships and celebrates individuality. 

  • Collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure students receive the best possible educational experience. 

  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities. 

  • Commitment to the safeguarding process (DBS check is mandatory).
