  • Manage all aspects of Probate matters, including taking client instructions, gathering necessary documentation, preparing applications to the Probate Registry, and providing sound legal advice.
  • Ensure cases progress in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to the Private Client department’s profitability and overall success.

Key Responsibilities(not exhaustive)

  • Manage Probate matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of client care.
  • Communicate with third parties such as the Probate Registry, Barristers, and other relevant professionals.
  • Conduct client interviews with professionalism and empathy.
  • Draft legal documents and prepare bills accurately.
  • Progress files diligently while keeping clients regularly updated.
  • Stay current with legal developments and changes in best practices.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Partners.
