- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the service, including break cover
- Support service users with hydration, nutrition, and medication

- Work flexibly across multiple sites when required
- Experience in a care setting—or a desire to learn and grow in one
- A calm, professional approach and strong time management skills
- Confidence in prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Level 2 Health & Social Care Qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Experience supporting adults with behaviours of concern or complex needs
