What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver essential personal care and emotional support
Organise and manage daily activities tailored to individual needs
Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the service, including break cover
Support service users with hydration, nutrition, and medication
Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all aspects of care
Collaborate with families, carers, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
Work flexibly across multiple sites when required

?? What You’ll Need:

Experience in a care setting—or a desire to learn and grow in one
A calm, professional approach and strong time management skills
Confidence in prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

�? Desirable:

Level 2 Health & Social Care Qualification or willingness to work towards it
Experience supporting adults with behaviours of concern or complex needs
