Role Overview:This full-time position involves working with pupils with a range of special educational needs, such as Autism, ADHD, SLD, PMLD, and CLD. You'll be teaching small groups or 1:1, adapting learning to ensure every student can progress.

Your Key Duties Will Include:

  • Delivering high-quality lessons using P Scales or tailored learning plans
  • Encouraging student development in a nurturing and structured environment
  • Managing classroom behaviour using effective, pupil-centred approaches
  • Supporting students with physical and personal care if required
  • Building trusting relationships with both students and support staff

Essential Criteria:

  • Recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply
  • Previous experience teaching in UK SEN settings
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
  • Able to start work immediately
