About the Role:As an SEN Teacher, you'll work with students with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions, ADHD, SLD, PMLD, and complex medical or developmental profiles.

Your Role Includes:

  • Crafting bespoke lessons that reflect each learner's unique abilities
  • Working with the P Scales to measure and support progress
  • Building trusting, empathetic relationships with students
  • Promoting positive behaviours and a respectful classroom dynamic
  • Providing personal care support when required

What We Need From You:

  • Valid QTS
  • UK work eligibility (no sponsorship)
  • Enhanced DBS (on Update Service or willing to apply)
  • Experience in SEN teaching within the UK education system
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Available for full-time hours (Monday-Friday)
