An excellent opportunity for an experienced and quality driven Customer Service & Export Supervisor to oversee an established internal Customer Service team.

Working in a fast paced environment you will manage an intimate team tasked with handling and resolving incoming enquiries, producing quotes, processing orders, arranging shipping and dealing with distributors.

In this role as the Customer Service & Export Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Providing additional support to the Customer Service Manager to lead small customer service team responsible for handling the coordination, processing of orders and requests from customers based both in the UK and internationally
  • Looking after the full export cycle with all the shipping documentation.
  • Ensure world class service is provided to global B2B Customers via phone and email
  • Ensure customer orders are managed from processing through to dispatch, delivery and exportation
  • Manage customer orders in line with contractual SLA's around timescales
  • Take ownership of customer escalations
  • Ensure correct export documentation is completed for customer orders in line with regulatory requirements

Person specification:

  • Experience supervising / managing a customer service team
  • Experience of sales order processing
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping / export
  • Strong IT skills
