The Key Responsibilities of the New Starters Administrator:

  • Payroll Registration: Manage new starters that need to be registered for payroll.
  • Payment Explanation: Provide detailed descriptions and explanations of payment types.
  • Document Management: Ensure all relevant information and documents are emailed to contractors for their records.
  • Compliance: Apply for compliance-related documents based on country registration requirements (UK and EU).
  • Document Verification: Ensure documents are signed, returned, and compliant ID documents are received and checked.
  • Query Management: Manage emails and queries from agency consultants and contractors.
  • Detail Updates: Update any details that need to be changed throughout the duration of the contractor's job.
