Role: Bid Manager - Bid Writer
Salary £50k + 10%

The Company
Bid Manager opportunity to join our client and be part of an established and successful waste services organisation. Due to growing demand we are in search of a Bid Manager to join the Commercial Team.
The Role
- As Bid Manager you will lead the bid process from cradle to grave, the development of win strategies to submission and successful contract award.
- You will review all new opportunities aligning with our Senior Management Team and Bid Decision process.
- As Bid Manager you will write proposals conveying operational, technical and commercial solutions.
- You will nurturing positive business relationships with cross functional teams to deliver the bid process.
- You will ensure Document Management and CRM systems are monitored and up to date.
The Successful Candidate
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record leading in a Bid Management position.
- You will have experience of writing complex, Public Sector bids.
- Experience of bids in industrial product sectors would be advantageous but we would also be interested in waste services, manufacturing or engineering.
- The successful candidate will have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- You will have natural relationship building skills and the ability to work positively and collaboratively.
- You will be enthusiastic and have an adaptable and professional attitude.
- You will have excellent attention to detail and hold a high standard of personal accountability for the quality of your work.
