Northbuild Recruitment is seeking a CSCS Carded Skilled Labourer for a long-term role in Liverpool with an immediate start on April 7th.
The position is located on a large residential new build site in the Whiston area and involves pre-plaster work, patching, and mastic & silicone tasks.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and provide recent, relevant references to secure the position.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 04:30 pm, totaling 8.5 to 9 hours a day.
The salary for this role is £16.50 per hour, paid weekly.

We at Northbuild Recruitment arecurrently looking to fillthe below Long Term role in Liverpool.

CSCS Carded Skilled Labourer required for an IMMEDIATE START Monday 7th Aprilon a Large Residential New Build Site in the Whistonarea of Liverpool.

Duties will include pre-plaster work, patching, mastic & silicoln works and associated tasks within the plot houses, following an internal snags list etc.

Previous experience in a similar role completing these duties is highly valuable accompanied with recent & relveant referencs to secure this position.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30am to 16:30pm 8.5 / 9hrsa day paid at 16.50ph on a weekly basis.
